PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order you are confirming that you wish to purchase the selected goods at the sizes you have specified. Once we have processed your payment we will send you an ‘order confirmation’ email which acts as a contractual agreement and falls under the jurisdiction of UK law. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable date for your goods to be delivered. We reserve the right to withdraw/cancel your order for the following reasons:
PRICES/PAYMENT
All Prices are in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Charges for delivery are not included in the price of the goods and will be added on at the time of order.
We accept payment by credit/debit card only. We do not accept cash or cheques.

Delivery charges are worked out based on the length and width of the item and will be added on automatically prior to you placing your order, see below for how prices are worked out:
Delivery Timescale
Although you can enter a preferred date, we will contact you to arrange your delivery date once your order has been processed.
We aim to deliver stock items within 3 working days.
If an item is out of stock we aim to have your product delivered within 7 working days, but in some cases this may be longer. We will notify you immediately if your delivery date is likely to change for any reason.
Other Important Delivery Info
Deliveries to mainland UK only
Deliveries will take place Monday-Fridays (excluding bank holidays) between 8am – 6:30pm.
Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time for your delivery so please make sure you can be at the property until your delivery arrives. ALL GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR, and therefore cannot be left in places such as garages or driveways. If you miss your delivery on the date that we specified you will be liable for any re-delivery charges that may be incurred.
Deliveries will be made to the kerb side as close as possible to the delivery address, therefore please make sure that you have the capability or help to unload your delivery into your property.
If for any fault of ours your product does not arrive on the agreed delivery date we would be happy to refund your delivery charge, but we cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred. We would therefore recommend that you do not make plans (for example booking tradesman) until you have received your product.
CANCEL AN ORDER
For returns on goods that have been delivered see the ‘returns’ section. We will accept the cancelation of any order that has not yet been received, but the following terms will be implemented:
RETURNS
As set out in the Distance Selling Act you have the right to cancel your contract/order within 7 days of the product being delivered. Once this timescale has elapsed we cannot accept any claims for returning goods. We therefore recommend that you inspect your goods immediately on delivery.
In the unlikely event that your product is not to your full satisfaction please report it to us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods and we would be happy to organise its return.
If you would like a replacement we reserve the right to charge for the extra cost of re-delivery.
If you would like a refund on your order we will process it as: the total order value less the cost of the initial delivery and any extra costs incurred for having the product returned to us.
Once we have arranged the return we will contact you to specify the date that the product will be collected. All goods must be returned to us wrapped and rolled on a tube as per the condition it arrived. We will then email you an address label that we ask you attach firmly to the goods.
SAMPLES
Although all of the images on our website are high quality photos of the products they are representing, it is always possible that colours/shades will vary from an image format to the real life version. For this reason we would always recommend that you take advantage of our free sample service prior to ordering. Also it is worth noting that the samples we send are an A4 sized snapshot of the product, therefore they will not show the complete set of variations that some patterns/tiles/planks may have.
PRIVACY POLICY
To place an order through this website you will be asked to disclose some of your personal details. We promise that we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We may however use this information to keep you updated with any special offers or new products that this site is offering. You will be given the option to opt out of our marketing emails at the time of ordering.
We do not store any credit/debit card information from your purchase.
